The community will have a chance to meet the two superintendent finalists for Marlboro County School District on Thursday during a special called board meeting.
The meeting, with refreshments, will be 4 p.m. in the media center at Marlboro County High School.
The agenda included a public session and then an executive session for superintendent candidate interviews and receipt of legal advice for the superintendent contract.
After the executive session, there may be action as necessary or appropriate regarding matters discussed in the executive session, a community meet and greet with superintendent candidates, and adjournment.
The two finalists are Dr. Ronnie Tarchichi and Dr. Martin Wright.
Tarchichi serves as the superintendent of Pennsauken Public Schools in Pennsauken, N.J.
Wright is currently a principal with the Liberty County School System in Georgia.
