BENNETTSVILLE— The city of Bennettsville and the Brightsville community celebrated July 4th with firework shows and community events featuring music, food, and fellowship.

This year, the city of Bennettsville held its show at Marlboro County High School because Lake Paul Wallace is closed due to the dam breach in May.

Marlboro County Councilmember, Damien Johnson and MCPR hosted Fire in the Sky at Brightsville Park.
