Dear editor,

Supporting small businesses isn’t just about fostering economic growth; it’s about enriching our local communities and offering unique experiences that inspire and reward those around us.

At FX Conceptive Productions, we’re passionate about creating memorable moments through our limousine services and innovative video game truck, which we bring to local schools to celebrate the achievements of student athletes. This special service provides a fun, well-earned reward for students while giving back to our community in Marlboro County.

However, as small businesses like ours strive to connect with customers and deliver tailored services, looming federal policies under consideration by Congress could impose unnecessary digital restrictions, limiting our ability to serve the communities we care about.

It is vital that tech legislation prioritizes digital freedom, technological innovation, and local entrepreneurship. Small businesses across South Carolina rely on these freedoms to reach customers in dynamic and meaningful ways.

I urge Congressman Clyburn and other policymakers at both state and federal levels to champion legislation that enables small businesses like ours to grow, innovate, and continue providing services that enrich our local community. With the right support, FX Conceptive Productions will keep delivering the memorable experiences that make a difference.

Sincerely,

Darryl Parnell
