The Marlboro County Sheriff’s Office arrested four individuals for failure to register as a sex offenders.
The individuals are Danny Williams, 64; Kevin Laws, 49;
Charles Jordan, 76; and Darrell Mabe, 59.
Officials said sex offenders are required to register every three months or twice a year, depending upon the offender tier.
Advanced notices were communicated before the arrests of the individuals who did not comply with the mandatory requirements.
This is a warning to any individual who has failed to register under the terms of their sentence and law.
If a sex offender has not registered, they need to come to the Marlboro County Sheriff’s Office and speak with Tajuana Jacobs on Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., who will assist in the process.
