Marlboro County High School Wrestling teams hosted the Bulldog Duals on Saturday.

Coach Anthony McMillan said the participating schools were Eastern Guilford in Gibsonville, N.C., Lucy Beckham High in Mount Pleasant, Wilson High in Florence, Grimsley High in Greensboro, N.C., Hartsville High, Carolina Forest High in Myrtle Beach, Marion High, Marlboro, Rosewood High in Goldsboro N.C., St. Pauls High in St. Pauls, N.C.

Earlier in the event, McMillan said it was going well.

The Bulldogs were to wrestle against four teams.

The team won against St. Pauls 66-12 and lost to Rosewood 71-12.

Six seniors Kenly Wurst, Shane Usher, AJ Bostic, Trevon Drayton, Jadarius Deese, and Reginald Kelly were recognized at the event.

The Bulldogs will wrestle at Camden at 6 p.m. on Jan. 25 in a dual event.

They will wrestle at 5 p.m. at Camden for individual duals.
