BENNETTSVILLE — Marlboro Family Practice & Urgent Care will offer sports physicals for middle and high school students on Saturday, August 8, and Saturday, August 29, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sports physicals are available for just $25 and will be provided by Terri Cowan, PA-C.
These physicals are open to students in grades 6 through 12 who plan to participate in school athletics during the upcoming academic year. The evaluation helps ensure student-athletes are healthy and ready for practices, tryouts and competition.
Parents and students are encouraged to bring a completed sports physical form, along with eyeglasses or contact lenses if they are worn regularly.
Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.
