LAURINBURG, NC — Scotland Health is proud to welcome Rebecca A. Miller, MSN, RN, FNP-C, a highly experienced and compassionate healthcare professional, to its Laurinburg Urology team.
With over 25 years of nursing experience across emergency, infusion, medical-surgical, and home care settings, Mrs. Miller brings a deep commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence. She has served in key roles at institutions including FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, Womack Army Medical Center, Scotland Memorial Hospital, and Cape Fear Valley Hospital.
Rebecca recently earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia, further advancing her expertise and leadership in the field. Her credentials include certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her leadership, clinical judgment, and dedication to patient education and advocacy. Her experience includes serving as Assistant Head Nurse in a federal medical-surgical unit, coordinating infusion therapies, and training healthcare staff in electronic medical records systems.

A native of McColl, South Carolina, Rebecca enjoys watching kids play their team sports and attending college, semi-professional, and professional games. She also values traveling and spending time with family and friends, and appreciates the relaxation and leisure that come with living in a small town.
Rebecca has joined the team at Laurinburg Urology located at 700 Progress Place, where she will work alongside Dr. Theodore Stamatakos, Stacy Fowler, FNP-BC, and Dr. Robert J. Chamberlain Jr., continuing her mission to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.
