BENNETTSVILLE — Marlboro County School District proudly announces that LaKeisha Jenkins-Cribb, Public Information Officer, Liason to the Board of Education and Superintendent, has been installed as Vice-President and that Senia D. Douglas, Administrative Assistant for the Principal at Marlboro County High School, has been installed as Presidential Aide for the South Carolina Association of Educational Office Professionals (SCAEOP) for the 2025-2026 school year.

The installation ceremony took place on March 22, 2025, during SCAEOP’s 43rd Annual Conference in Greenville, South Carolina.

SCAEOP is dedicated to raising the standards of educational office professionals through education, recognition, and networking. This year’s conference brought together 244 educational office professionals from approximately 60 school districts across the state, offering professional development workshops on topics such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Accessibility, Customer Service, Web-Based Application Usage, Mental Health, and CPR.

Jenkins-Cribb has demonstrated outstanding commitment and leadership within the field of educational office professionals. By serving as Vice-President, she will play a key role in supporting the mission of SCAEOP and fostering professional growth among colleagues statewide.

Douglas has demonstrated outstanding commitment and leadership within the field of educational office professionals. By serving as Presidential Aide, she will play a key role in supporting the mission of SCAEOP and fostering professional growth among colleagues statewide.

In addition to leadership installations, the conference celebrated office professionals who completed the Professional Standards Program (PSP) and earned the Certified Educational Office Employee (CEOE) distinction, the only national certification available for office professionals through the National Association of Educational Office Professionals (NAEOP), with which SCAEOP is affiliated.

SCAEOP also recognized student scholarship recipients and honored members’ dedication to community service projects throughout the year.
