Marlboro County sees highest one-day rise in COVID-19 cases with 18 new cases

Eighteen new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Marlboro County, according to the Saturday (May 23) update from the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.
The new cases bring the case count to 109.
Statewide, there are 9,895 cases and 425 deaths. DHEC also reported 248 new cases in the state.
