Marlboro County High School senior Zion Trenyce Brown is a Northeastern Technical College graduate.

Brown was recognized for her achievement at the recent Marlboro County Board of Education meeting.

Brown graduated on Dec. 16 with her associate’s degree in science. She plans to major in biology and pursue a career in the medical field.

Principal Dr. Jamane Watson said Brown had already been accepted into several colleges and hoped to make a decision soon.

She is currently a member of the MCHS Varsity Cheerleaders, BETA Club, National Honor Society, HOSA, and the Student Government Association.

She is the daughter of Robert and Trena Brown and has one brother, CJ.

Her motto is “Why let the sky be the limit when there are footprints on the moon.”
