Legends Sports Bar is out of business, as a result of  action taken by Bennettsville City Council at its regular monthly meeting Tuesday night.

An employee of a neighboring business made a surprising discovery on Saturday morning, July 12: someone had attached a chain to the car wash located on Highway 9 East, next to Napa Auto Parts, and pulled part of it down with a vehicle.
