Marlboro County native author finishes her first book

When Marlboro County native Johnnerlyn Johnson started writing her book, Guide to Greatness for Graduates... and all phases before and after... 3G in 2016, it was to be a letter to her then high school senior son.
But the more she wrote, the more it kept developing into an actual book,
“I thought more than just my son could benefit from it,” she said.
And right now during the COVID-19 pandemic, Johnson felt the release of the book was timely for anyone graduating from kindergarten and middle school to high school and college.
Many traditional graduation rites of passages have been canceled.
