Dustin Cade Goins, 23, was arrested Thursday (May 25) and charged with counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor second degree.
Investigator Clay Anderson with Marlboro County Sheriff’s Office said the charges stem from an investigation into Goins for having sexual relations with two juvenile victims dating back to 2021.
Goins was transported to the Marlboro County Detention Center, where he had a bond hearing Friday for his charges.
