The Marlboro Civic Center Foundation wants to provide a great way to kick off the holiday season with a fun family evening celebrating Christmas right here in Bennettsville.

The Marlboro Civic Center Foundation will present “Home for Christmas,” which will be a collection of Christmas favorites performed with a flare that only our artists can produce.

Officials said “Home for Christmas” will thrill hearts and minds as the stage comes alive with a showcase of Marlboro County’s finest hometown talent.

These performers who have frequently graced the Civic Center stage will dazzle and delight with their singing, playing, and dancing to some of the all-time Christmas favorites.

The audience will be encouraged to watch and listen, sing a long, tap their toes, and let the performers take them back and fondly reminisce of warm and cozy memories spent with family and friends.

Everyone wants to be home for Christmas, and the Marlboro Civic Center Foundation will be glad that people chose to join them at the Civic Center – “Your home for the performing arts”.

Come and enjoy a show that will have people feeling the magic of Christmas, the importance of family, and nostalgia for times gone by. There’s no place like home for the holidays.

Tickets can be purchased Nov 28-Dec. 2 from noon-5 p.m. at the Marlboro Civic Center box office. Be the first to come by or call 843-454-9496 and reserve tickets.

And in the spirit of Christmas, organizers asked that those attending bring non-perishable food items to donate to those in need or bring cat or dog food to donate to the Humane Society of Marlboro County.
