The 2022 General Election is Nov. 8 with several races on the ballot.
The editors at the Herald-Advocate have created a questionnaire to provide voters with information about the candidates running for seats on the Marlboro County Board of Education and the State House of Representatives in Districts 54 and 55.
Those questionnaires, along with each candidate’s responses, will be included in the print and eEdition of the newspaper, our eNewsletter, as well on our website, www.heraldadvocate.com, prior to the election.
The dates below indicate what positions will be addressed in our coverage:
–Oct. 6: Marlboro County Board of Education Chairman and District 2 candidates
–Oct. 13: Marlboro County Board of Education Districts 3 and 5 candidates
–Oct. 20: Marlboro County Board of Education Districts 7 and 8 candidates
–Oct. 27: State House of Representatives Districts 54 and 55 candidates
–Nov. 3: Election Preview
