A driver is deceased after a fatal collision Sunday morning on Beauty Spot Road.
According to Lance Cpl. Tyler Tidwell, the collision occurred at 8 a.m. 
The driver of a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling east on Beauty Spot Road. The driver of a 2004 Ford Mustang was at a stop sign facing north on Wallace Road. The driver of the Mustang proceeded into the intersection where it struck by the driver of the Silverado. 
The driver of the Silverado was the only person in the vehicle and was not wearing a seatbelt.
Tidwell said the person was transported to McLeod Hospital in Cheraw for their injuries.
The driver of the Mustang was the only person in the vehicle. The person was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle.
Tidwell said the person was taken to Scotland Memorial in Laurinburg, where they later succumbed to their injuries.
