The City of Bennettsville Department of Tourism, Parks, and Recreation; Marlboro County Parks and Recreation; and Marian Wright Edelman Public Library for a socially distant and safe, special community Drive-Thru Trunk or Treat from 3-5 p.m. Oct. 31.
The five locations are in Bennettsville at the Courthouse Square; in Blenheim at the Wade H. Prince Recreation Center; in Clio at Bennett Park; in Wallace at Wallace Elementary Middle School; and McColl at McColl Elementary Middle School.
Families and community members are invited to decorate their car windows and dress up in their costumes!
Trunks will be lined up six feet apart from each other. As they stay inside their vehicles, community businesses, organizations, and volunteers will bring the goodies to them.
Organizers are seeking businesses, organizations, churches, and community groups to sponsor a trunk.
