A tractor-trailer collided with a pickup truck Thursday afternoon on Highway 15-401 north of Bennettsville.  No serious injuries resulted from the wreck.

In most cases, the last thing that the staff at the Marlboro County Recreation Department wants is a bunch of last minute registrations for one of their sports programs.

Summertime means the Marlboro County Farmers Market is in full swing, with local vegetable producers peddling their wares every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
