A McColl man and woman were arrested for drug charges on Thursday (Feb. 10).

According to McColl Police Chief Robert Tryon, the McColl Police Department along with the Marlboro County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on Feb. 10 at a residence on North Church Street in McColl.

During the search, Tryon said officers located a quantity of suspected methamphetamine, heroin, and marijuana, along with scales and other paraphernalia.

Eric Jordan,33, and Bridget Michelle Kohl, 31, both of McColl were arrested and charged with possession with intent distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, and simple possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia. Jordan and Michelle were transported to the Marlboro County Detention Center.

Both suspects appeared before a judge on Friday (Feb.11) for a bond hearing.
