Marlboro School Community Center will have its Grand Reunion on May 27-May 29.

The weekend celebration will include a Fish Fry on Friday, Memorial Dance with live music & 360 Video Booth on Saturday, and annual banquet on Sunday.

Tickets are $65 for the entire weekend, or individual event tickets may be purchased. The Fish Fry is at 5 p.m. on May 27. Tickets are $10 and $12 per person.

The Memorial Dance/Live Band is at 6 p.m. on May 28. Tickets are $25 per person and include one adult beverage drink ticket.

The Grand Banquet is at 2 p.m. May 29. Tickets are $35 per person.

Raffle tickets are $5 to win a 3-day weekend pass. Marlboro School Community Center is a 501c3 organization that is dedicated to the preservation of the history of African Americans in Marlboro County and the betterment of the entire community.

The organization is housed in the historic Marlboro Training High School on King Street. The school was built in 1926 and was the first high school for African American students in Marlboro County.

There are many areas of the building that are in urgent need of restoration, and participation in the Grand Reunion will help to complete the much-needed work. The Grand Reunion is the largest fund-raising event for Marlboro School Community Center and is open to the entire community!
