True Gospel House of Deliverance

True Gospel House of Deliverance will celebrate its 10th anniversary on March 23-25 at 7 p.m. nightly. Guest pastors are Wednesday, Pastor Yolanda Moore of Praise Evangelical Ministries of McColl; Thursday, Co-Pastor Carolyn Jackson of Latter Reign Ministries of Bennettsville; and Friday, Pastor Renee McLeod of Mended Hearts Ministries of Darlington. Pastor Patricia Reid is the pastor at True Gospel House of Deliverance, 111 Bethea Road, Bennettsville.

Latter Reign Ministries

The Latter Reign Ministries will have a “Day of Witnessing” at 1 p.m. at the church, 1106 Hamlet Hwy, Bennettsville. There will be free hotdogs, sausage dogs, chips and drinks. The Soup of Love Food Pantry will be open and gas cards will be given away. The pastor is Lafeyette Jackson.

Beaver Dam Baptist Church

Beaver Dam Baptist Church will celebrate the 135 church anniversary on March 27. The service is at 10:45 a.m. with speaker Rev. Frank Broady. Temperatures will be checked and social distance will be observed. Dr. Deborah Covington is the pastor of Beaver Dam Baptist Church, 411 W. Gibson Avenue in McColl.

Church of Christ

Church of Christ, 1301 Hamlet Highway in Bennettsville, will have a gospel meeting with a focus on “Getting Our House in Order” at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 3 and at 7 p.m. nightly Monday, April 4-Thursday, April 7. Brother Fulton Smith from Church of Christ at Lake City will be the minister for the week.

Thomas Memorial Baptist

Thomas Memorial Baptist Church will have an Easter singing at 6 p.m. on April 15.

SERVICES

Shiloh Baptist Church

Shiloh Baptist Church is having church services every Sunday from 10 a.m.-11 a.m. CDC guidelines will be followed. Please wear a mask and sanitized your hands once you enter the vestibule. Temperatures will be checked and social distance will be observed. The pastor is Rev. Coley Mearite.

First UMC Methodist

First United Methodist Church has Sunday School at 9:45 a.m. and worship service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Taylor Freeman Coates. The Wednesday Night Suppers resumed on Jan. 12. Join us at 5:45 pm for an hour of good food, fun, and fellowship. If you would like to attend, call the church office at 843-479-3231.

First Presbyterian

First Presbyterian Church has Sunday school classes for all ages at 10 a.m. Worship begins at 11 a.m. with in-person worship in the sanctuary and on Facebook Live. Nursery is provided for children, infant to five-years old.

Thomas Memorial

The Thomas Memorial Baptist Church regular Sunday morning worship is at 11 a.m.; Sunday school at 10 a.m.; Sunday evening worship at 6 p.m.; and Wednesday prayer service and Bible study at 6 p.m.

The men’s prayer breakfast is held each Wednesday morning at 7 a.m. in the choir room.

Ebenezer MB Church in Clio

Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church, 3248 Hwy. 9-E, Clio, is holding “backyard worship services” on the church grounds each Sunday morning. Bring your lawn chairs or worship in your cars.

They will broadcast their morning service via Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/ebenezer1880/), each Sunday morning beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Cedar Fall Church

The Cedar Fall Missionary Baptist Church announces its worship schedule as follows:

Wednesday nights, 6 p.m. – BTU/Bible Study via teleconference;

Sunday 8:30 a.m. – Sunday School via teleconference;

Sunday service, 10 a.m. in the sanctuary via teleconference and Facebook live;

Word of Life Ministries

All services at Word of Life Christian Center Ministries are being held in the Word of Life Church sanctuary, 1300 W. Main St., Bennettsville. Sunday School is 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. You may also join in via conference call at 516-253-3277 during these times.

Their morning worship service begins at 10:30 a.m. which can be viewed on Facebook live. Children’s church is at 10:30 a.m. in the Ruby Windy Fellowship Hall located in the church building. Bible study is every Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m. Harvest Hope Food Pantry opens its doors every third Wednesday of the month at noon as well. Prayer is available Mondays through Saturdays at noon by calling the aforementioned number. CDC regulations are enforced at all services.

St. Beulah Church

The St. Beulah Baptist Church, 822 Beauty Spot Rd., is continuing to have morning services in the church yard each Sunday. The Rev. Victor Kennedy is the pastor.

Bruton’s Fork Church

The Bruton’s Fork Baptist Church regular Sunday morning worship is at 11 a.m.; Sunday school at 10 a.m.; Sunday evening worship at 6 p.m.; and Wednesday evening prayer and Bible Study at 6 p.m. With the exception of Sunday school, all services are also on Facebook Live.

St. Mark MB Church

St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church has returned to modified, in-person, church services in compliance with CDC guidance including social distancing and required masks. Sunday School begins at 10 a.m., followed by an abbreviated church service at 10:30 a.m.

Reedy Branch MBC

Reedy Branch Missionary Baptist Church, 4120 Hwy. 83, Clio, has Sunday School at 9:45 a.m. and morning worship at 10:15 a.m. The Wednesday Bible Study is at 6 p.m. via teleconference. The pastor is Rev. Sterling J. Mosby.
